Terms of warranty service

The service life of products subject to all the necessary recommendations of the Manufacturer is: on the dishes – 10 years, on tables, chests, cradles «National cradle» and other furniture and interior – 20 years. The service life is calculated from the date of manufacture of the product, unless otherwise specified by the Manufacturer. The actual service life can be much longer than specified, which an important task of the Manufacturer is.

In order to avoid misunderstandings, we kindly ask you to carefully study the terms of warranty service.

In case of violation of these conditions, as well as in case when the data specified in the warranty card is changed, erased or rewritten, the warranty card is invalid.

The manufacturer sets the warranty period, calculated from the date of sale, subject to the Customer’s storage, operation and transportation of products:

    1) Warranty period for dishes-6 months; on tables, chests, cradles «National cradle» and other furniture and interior – 1 year.

    2) The Warranty period for discounted products or purchased under the action does not apply.

    3) The Warranty period for the Kese does not apply.

The warranty card is only valid if you have a receipt. In case of loss of the warranty card or the receipt, all rights to the warranty will be forfeited.     

Under the warranty service is understood the obligation of the Manufacturer to eliminate the shortcomings (defects) of the product (further Restoration), arising through the fault of the Manufacturer, without charging the Customer.            

Restoration of products under the warranty is carried out during the warranty card validity period, after the relevant examination at the Manufacturer’s enterprise.

Restoration is carried out within 30 days. Restoration of the product during the warranty period does not lead to the establishment of a new warranty period.

THE MANUFACTURER ACCEPTS NO WARRANTY

IN FOLLOWING CASES:

a) If the product intended for personal (household, family) needs was used for business activities, as well as for other purposes not corresponding to its intended purpose;

b) In case of violation of the rules and conditions of storage, operation and transportation set out in This warranty card (see below), as well as in the user’s Memo and the products specified on the markings, and other documentation provided to the consumer with the product;

C) If the product has traces of attempts of unskilled restoration (trimming, grinding, etc.).);

d) If the defect is caused by force majeure, accidents, intentional or negligent acts of the consumer or third parties;

e) If mechanical damage is detected after the transfer or transportation of the product to the consumer; damage caused by moisture, high or low temperatures, ingress of foreign objects, substances, liquids into the product;

f) If the defect is due to normal wear and tear during operation of the product. At the same time, natural wear is understood as the consequences of the operation of the product, which caused the deterioration of their technical condition and appearance due to the long-term use of this product;

The manufacturer is not responsible for any damage directly or indirectly caused by the product to people, Pets, property in case it occurred as a result of non-compliance with the rules and conditions of use, intentional or negligent actions of the buyer (consumer) or third parties.
